FlintBond® Trowel is an all-weather, SBS-modified bitumen flashing and repair mastic designed for use with modified bitumen membranes, base sheets, and ply sheets. It is ideal for SBS-modified membrane seams and flashing details, such as Flintlastic® SA endlaps and granulated details, as well as cracks in concrete or control joints on low-slope roofs, and around skylights, chimneys, vent pipes, gravel guards, and downspouts on shingle roofs. FlintBond® Trowel offers excellent repair performance on all modified bitumen and built-up roofing membranes in both wet and dry conditions. It bonds underwater and remains adhered where movement is expected. It will not run, slip, sag, or mud crack. With superior high-temperature resistance, it remains durable in high-heat locations such as heater vent pipes.
